Crockmeter is used for the determination of color Fastness of textiles against rubbing under either DRY or WET condition. Crockmeter Motorised is an advanced version of the hand operated Crockmeter.
A Crockmeter is used for the determination of color Fastness of textiles against rubbing under either DRY or WET condition. Crockmeter Motorised is an advanced version of the hand operated Crockmeter. These machines are operated by a gear motor in which the arm moves in an oscillating motion over the test sample. A Pre-cut crocking cloth is mounted on the rubbing finger and is held in place with a spring clip. The finger is rests on the specimen with a force of 9 ± 10% N (917.43 gms). Motion to the finger is given by a Handle, which moves very smoothly on a Stainless Steel Movement Platform.
